This was a two-fold project in London SW1 of painting and decorating the main reception rooms of the residence itself and fully refurbishing the Mews house at the rear.

The latter involved stripping out and replacing all bathrooms and toilets, including sourcing all fittings and tiles. The kitchen was replaced, all areas were re-carpeted, all old doors adjusted to fit properly and handles replaced. A leaking roof was repaired.

The main front entrance patio was redone in York stone.
