This Apartment in Central London EC1 underwent extensive decorating & repairs from our decorators in London.
The original scene was scaled internal brickwork (flaking and gaping holes) as well as rust on the steel beams.
Our London decorators got to work, with almost 2 weeks of preparation. The client wanted an studio style painted brick. No plastering or smooth surfaces. As many of the bricks were literally coming out of the walls, we have to replace the broken ones and use a special filler to make damaged brick look original.
The beams required a special treatment to remove the rust, as our London decorators would not be able to paint over any sort of rust or it would eventually eat through.
